All Around Texas Roofing replaces roofs across Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Anna, Melissa, Aubrey and the surrounding Collin and Denton County communities. Full tear off to the deck, damaged decking replaced, new flashing rather than reused flashing, and ventilation designed as a system rather than bolted on.
Every replacement starts with a free roof inspection, because half of this trade’s reputation problem comes from recommending replacement when a repair would have done. If your roof has years left, we will say so in writing.

A large share of the roofs replaced in this region are replaced on a storm claim.
You file the claim, not us, because a contractor cannot act as your public adjuster in Texas. What we do is inspect, document, scope, attend the adjuster’s inspection and support a supplement with evidence. Your deductible is also yours to pay under Texas law, and a contractor offering to waive or absorb it is describing a criminal offense rather than a discount.
Decking is usually a supplement, because it cannot be seen until the roof is off. Photographed at the moment of discovery it is a documented addition; described afterwards it is an argument. Full detail on our insurance claim assistance page.
On the roof, with photographs, and a written recommendation that says repair, replace or monitor.
Layers, decking rate, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingle system, both warranties and the permit.
We confirm the jurisdiction for your address and pull what is required.
Every sheet checked, damaged sheets replaced at the agreed rate.
Underlayment, shield, flashing, boots, shingle and ridge, with ventilation corrected as a system.
Debris removal and a magnetic nail sweep of the yard, driveway and street.
Replacement makes sense when the shingle mat is compromised across the field rather than in one area, when the roof has been patched repeatedly, when the shingle line is discontinued so any further repair will be visible, when the decking has taken water, or when you are spending money on the roof every year.
Roof repair makes sense when the damage is localized, the rest of the roof has real service life left, and matching material is available. A well executed repair on a roof with years left is not a compromise.
What should not decide it is which answer is more profitable for whoever is standing on your roof. If a storm caused the damage, start with storm damage repair, because the roof is rarely the only thing the storm touched.
| Line | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Existing layers, and that all come off | Changes disposal, labor, and whether anyone has seen the deck |
| Decking replacement rate, per sheet | Without it the biggest variable is unpriced |
| Underlayment, named | Synthetic or felt, and what goes in the valleys |
| Ice and water shield placement | Valleys and penetrations at minimum |
| Drip edge and flashing, new | The most common corner cut in this market |
| Pipe boots and vent collars, new | Cheap while the roof is open, expensive later |
| Ventilation, intake and exhaust | Quoted as a system, with the intake situation stated |
| Manufacturer and product line | “Architectural shingle” is not a specification</td |
| Both warranties, with terms | Materials and workmanship are two documents from two parties |
| Permit, jurisdiction named | Requirements differ across this service area |
| Cleanup and magnetic sweep | Ask for it specifically |
If a quote you have been given is missing three of these, bring it to us and we will read it with you. Get a free quote and compare them line by line.
We quote the decking rate up front, so the largest variable is priced before your roof is opened.
New flashing, drip edge and boots as standard, never reused to save an hour.
Ventilation is part of the job, not an upsell after the fact.
We tell you when a repair will do. A roof we do not replace this year is a customer we keep.
Both warranties in writing, with their terms, before work starts.
One contractor for the whole exterior, so a storm claim reflects the storm rather than only the roof.

Our office is on Preston Road in Frisco.
Permit requirements differ considerably between the cities here. Some publish a trade permit naming roofing, some require a permit for any alteration, some require contractor registration and proof of liability insurance on file. We establish which applies to your address before work is scheduled.
4.9★ Rating from 1,235+ Texas Roofing Customers Most single family homes here are a single day of tear off and install, with a second day on larger, steeper or more complex roofs. Weather moves the schedule, and after a widespread hail event material lead times move it more than crew availability does.
It is possible and we do not recommend it. Nobody can inspect the deck, damaged decking stays in place, heat is trapped against the old layer, the structure carries extra weight, and eventual removal costs twice.
It is the agreed price per sheet for decking found damaged after tear off. Nobody can know the quantity in advance, which is exactly why the price must be agreed in advance. A quote without that rate leaves the largest variable unpriced until your roof is open.
Yes. Reused flashing is the most common corner cut on a re roof here, and a frequent source of leaks on a roof that is otherwise brand new. The same applies to drip edge and pipe boots. The material cost is small and the access will never be this easy again.
Air should enter at the soffit and leave at the ridge, in balance. Blocked intake vents, very common where insulation has been pushed into the eaves, leave an attic with an exit and no entrance. The deck bakes from underneath and the new roof ages faster than it should. Many manufacturer warranties also carry ventilation requirements.
They cost more and are tested to a higher impact standard, which is reasonable to want in this part of Texas. Whether your carrier treats them differently is a question for your insurance agent, worth asking before you choose. We will not quote a discount we cannot verify.
That depends on your policy, the damage and your carrier’s assessment, and no roofer can answer it for you. What we can do is document the damage properly and give you the evidence to file with.
The exposed area is covered rather than left open. We watch the forecast and would rather lose an afternoon than gamble with an open deck, because water in the decking turns a one day job into a much larger one.
Ask for a magnetic sweep and confirm it was done. It is standard on our jobs and it is the most common cleanup complaint in this trade.
The inspection tells you whether replacement is the honest answer or whether a repair will do. You get photographs, a written assessment and a specification you can compare against anyone else’s.
